The new hub is currently the base for Ward Avenue Kindergarten's programs while their kindergarten facility in Oakleigh South undergoes construction throughout 2024. It is the third of four child and family hubs to be built in the City of Monash, following the two award-winning facilities at Wellington Child and Family Hub (completed in 2022) and Pinewood Child and Family Hub (2023).
