Jung et al. have shown that although superficial injections of the nose result in a more effective augmentation, deeper injections are safer in limiting blood vessel compression since the vessels are thicker and stronger in the deeper layers. However, Esen et al.'s NRCT stated that skin necrosis due to nasal fillers usually occurs because of the use of products that cannot be biodegraded [5].
