Moreover, the study also emphasises the use of epinephrine along with fillers to compress the blood vessels in the nose, thus limiting the chances of vascular complications [14]. However, Esen et al.'s NRCT stated that skin necrosis due to nasal fillers usually occurs because of the use of products that cannot be biodegraded [5].
