Some clients have reported that certain details, like nail trimming or cleaning around sensitive areas, were overlooked in the hustle to accommodate more appointments. Additionally, the salon can get quite crowded, which might not be ideal for anxious pets. For pets with sensitive skin or special needs, the salon uses gentle, premium grooming products, which is a definite plus. Additionally, their use of organic, chemical-free products ensures a safe and gentle experience, even for dogs with sensitive skin. This focus on individualised care and gentle handling has made them a trusted name among Sydney’s small dog owners.

Please note that information regarding breed specific health checks can at times be difficult to understand and interpret. Common genetic disorders are a serious and growing concern. It's not a bad idea to write down the information you've been given and seek advice from your vet for confirmation. Breed clubs are also great sources of information on health testing.
