Content includes music, stories, gardening, language and art and craft activities for children to try. As part of the daily fee, children can enjoy extracurricular activities, including a sports program and a cultural program. I began my career in early childhood education in 2012 as an Assistant Educator and have since progressed through roles including Lead Educator and Assistant Centre Manager. I have been working as a Centre Manager since 2018, and joined Community Kids Pakenham in 2025.I am passionate about leading and guiding educators to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children. Throughout my career, I have built strong relationships with children, families, and teams. From my first day in early childhood education, I was inspired by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in each child’s life.
Everyone is  exactly where they're meant to be, and it shows. I have been working in the early childhood industry for over two decades. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience across various childhood services, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to guide and mentor my team of passionate educators. We Love Little Stars Pakenham 🌟There 4yr old Kinder program is amazing. My daughter goes on excursions often and she comes home excited to share her stories of the day. And is always excited to see her friends and teachers Shikha and Roshini. We are also lucky to have 4 large outdoor play spaces, giving the children lots of room to run and explore. Pico Early Learning Centre and Kindergarten is a privately owned and operated long day and kindergarten located in the leafy surrounds of Pakenham. Nestled in an idyllic country property setting we offer families an AustSwim accredited swimming program, along with our farm animal program which includes horse riding lessons, all at no extra cost.
I highly recommend her services.🙏👍She consistently provided a  diverse range of age-appropriate educational experiences. She's not just a teacher but a wonderful influence on my son. Our son began attending Sasi’s family day care at 18 months of age and consistently enjoyed his time there. Sasi is a gentle and friendly caregiver in whom we have complete trust. She played a significant role in supporting our son through toilet training and contributed positively to his early development. I highly recommend Sasi’s family day care to other parents, as she is among the best caregivers we have encountered.

The team lead by you director Erin have made the transition seamless and helped both my son and I settle in and feel welcome. The games and activities are great value for little minds too.
